JUCY SNOOZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Check-in is available from 3 pm and check-out is before 10am. Earlier arrival and later departure times can be arranged, subject to availability, however applicable day-use charges may also apply.

Children under the age of 4 years old can stay free of charge in existing bedding in all private rooms, a porta cot is available on request. Children 5yrs to 18yrs must have their own bed in a private room or POD in the FAMILY POD room.

The FAMILY POD room type can be booked when traveling with children to ensure you have the whole room to yourself, we are unable to accept children under the age of 18yrs booking an individual POD, even when traveling with an adult.

PAYMENT:

1st nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation within 24hrs prior to the day of arrival. The outstanding balance of the booking is required upon check-in to JUCY Snooze. Payment can be made by cash/credit/debit cards. A credit card transaction fee applies for payments by Credit Card - Mastercard and Visa are 2%. The balance of the room booking plus any pre-booked extras will be paid on check in. A credit card is required to be held by JUCY Snooze as security for any extra charges (including damages) you may incur during your stay. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

JUCY Snooze is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal goods or valuables. You should ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the room and your personal items are secured.

No external guests are allowed after 10 pm.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7s are not permitted to be charged in any part of the building.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You accept full responsibility for any charges incurred during your stay and acknowledge that you are personally liable for payment of any loss or damage to the room or property (both malicious or accidental) by you or your guests and that any outstanding balances pertaining to damages will be charged to the credit card on file. You acknowledge that any linen/bed soiling, broken items and smoking in the room will be charged to your card on file with a fee up to $150 NZD. A lost key will result in a fee of $10 NZD per key.

CANCELLATION:

All guest reservations will be allowed to cancel with no cancellation fee, change dates or receive a credit or full refund for any accommodation if Government COVID-19 policies or mandated lockdowns prevent guests from travelling to hotels on the intended dates. Valid proof of the impact of COVID restrictions will be required on cancellation.

For all other fully flexible guest reservations, cancel up to 2pm one day prior to arrival with no cancellation fee. After 2pm one day prior to the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the first night’s package price will be charged. If multiple cancellation terms at the Hotel are stated and vary from the above, the most restrictive requirement will be applied.

Terms and conditions apply for cancellation of advance purchase or prepaid individual (FIT) rooms, group and conference & event bookings and are subject to special event block out dates on a hotel by hotel basis.
